Creating a perfect work environment for NSofters has been in our core since day one. Don’t get us wrong, it doesn’t mean ping pong tables, Playstation, exotic team building parties, free food or Tesla days. We have it all, it is great and sweet, but what really counts is the actual work environment. It's like the craziest roller coaster ride ever, but with your seatbelts on.
We may not really be one of the first things that pop up in your mind when someone says work environment. We take our business seriously, always focused on the growth of our products, and it is something you can tell right after you step foot into our office. But we take our work environment and fun seriously as well. (You read that correctly, we take our fun seriously.) We are probably the only company in the world in which you can find flamethrowers (sorry, Elon Musk) in front of conference rooms, where astronauts walk around the office regularly, and where pranks occur on a daily basis. It’s a hell of a ride indeed.
